Role Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer and founding member of the backend team, you will play a pivotal role in building the backend of our web application, which our customers use to collaborate on creative tasks. You will work on cutting-edge technology, including multiplayer infinite canvases, LLM-powered content generation, and creating robust data models and APIs.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: You have written web app backends for at least 7 years and are comfortable working in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Database Skills: Comfortable working with NoSQL databases (we use MongoDB).
- Product Involvement: Excited to be part of the product process and takes a user-oriented view of their work.
- Communication: Comfortable communicating clearly and often, raising your hand when you have questions.
- Motivation: Thorough in their work, internally motivated, and excited about our mission.
- Startup Experience: Experience for 2+ years at a VC-backed (or successful) early-stage, ideally fast-growing, startup company.
