Overview
Join Palta, a leader in HealthTech and Wellbeing apps, as a Senior Backend Engineer in our Workout Recommender team. You will be pivotal in designing and enhancing proprietary workout-building algorithms and collaborating with our R&D team to deliver advanced machine learning algorithms to a global audience.
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance proprietary workout-building algorithms.
- Collaborate with R&D team to deliver advanced machine learning algorithms.
- Optimize and scale existing systems to support exponential user growth, ensuring robust performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional work experience in backend development.
- Working experience with popular Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI).
- Exceptional software engineering skills.
- Ownership of projects from concept to release.
- Deep care for the end user.
- Fluent English level.
Beneficial Skills
- Experience with algorithm development and competitive programming.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning.
- Understanding of cloud technologies, proficiency in AWS.
- Preferably, a degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
