About the Role
As a Senior Backend Software Engineer at Custodia Bank, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing software solutions for our Go backend. Your responsibilities will include writing secure code for blockchain asset custody, developing reusable and testable code, and ensuring the technical documentation is up to date. You will also engage in code reviews, collaborate with the team to clarify product directions, and drive rapid product evolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend software solutions.
- Write secure, reusable, and testable code.
- Maintain and update technical documentation.
- Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards.
- Collaborate with team members to clarify and drive product development.
- Advocate for efficient code delivery and quality improvements.
- Mentor and support less-experienced team members.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Senior Backend Engineer.
- Experience with Go or other modern, statically-typed languages.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in the digital assets or blockchain sector is desirable but not mandatory.
