As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Metanous, you will be at the core of our technical operations, ensuring the smooth running and optimization of our cloud environments. This role bridges the gap between development and operations, playing a crucial role in both the architecture and quality of our cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
- Cloud Environment Management: Oversee and maintain our cloud environments to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
- Automation: Implement automation processes to streamline operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement.
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and support to other team members, promoting best practices in DevOps and cloud computing.
Skills and Experience
- Extensive knowledge of CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps and others.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficient in scripting and programming with tools like Powershell, Bash, and Python.
- Familiarity with Azure, with AWS and/or GCP being a plus.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar DevOps role.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
