Role Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be a key player in ensuring the integrity, reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency of LiveEO’s cloud resources. You will lead technical decisions, set the tone for new developments, and support migration and legacy infrastructure efforts. Additionally, you will mentor less experienced colleagues and conduct regular security and cost efficiency sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Develop: Create cutting-edge infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.
Support: Assist infrastructure users with technical help.
Migration: Implement a multi-account approach on AWS.
Mentorship: Guide less senior colleagues through code reviews and deployments.

Your Profile

DevOps Mindset: Strong understanding of DevOps principles.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
Team Player: Enjoy working collaboratively and have strong communication skills.
AWS Expertise: Extensive knowledge of AWS services and the technical landscape.
Networking: Good understanding of networking principles and TCP/IP.
Database Management: Experience with PostgreSQL.
CI/CD: Experience building with CI/CD pipelines.
Infrastructure: Extensive experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable infrastructure.
Start-up Experience: Experience in handling organizational complexity and changes.
Tools: Proficient in Terraform, Linux, bash scripting, Python, Kubernetes, AWS Landing Zone, and Control Tower.

Nice to Haves

AWS and/or Terraform certifications.
Experience with Ansible, SOC2, and ISO27001 standards.
Experience with WAFs and GitLab CI/CD.
