Rabobank is seeking a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in Utrecht, Netherlands. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Rabobank Design System, which serves as the foundation for countless front-end features across our digital platforms.
Your Role
In this role, you will be part of the Mosaic team, a group of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality, accessible, and performant web components. You will collaborate closely with UX and Design teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Topic Ownership: Take charge of specific topics such as accessibility (a11y), internationalization (i18n), and deprecations. Prepare and execute the necessary work to complete these topics.
- Collaboration: Work in a democratic and informal team environment, making collective decisions and effectively communicating them to stakeholders.
- Ensuring Quality: Maintain high-quality standards by considering legacy issues, consistent APIs, and backward compatibility.

Your Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a front-end developer.
- Expertise in CSS and Sass.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, SVG, semantic markup, and accessibility.
- Proficient in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Experience with design systems and creating/maintaining visual, unit, and E2E tests.
- Familiarity with CI/CD (e.g., Azure pipelines), CLIs, and scripts.
- Experience with web components (including Lit, Stencil).
