Role Overview
As the Senior IT Lead / Tech Lead at Rabobank, you will primarily lead and be integrally responsible for IT Delivery (24x7) within the bank. This includes managing teams, ensuring robust production processes, and maintaining high standards in performance and compliance with information security and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT services for all four Tech Divisions of Rabobank.
- Engage extensively in stakeholder management to ensure proper service delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Architects to set the direction for the area, resulting in prioritization on the backlogs by the Product Owners.
- Identify, initiate, and implement process improvements during transitions.
- Support the engineering culture by optimizing and automating adherence processes as part of the Engineering Journey.
- Further integrate teams and services while expanding and optimizing offshoring capabilities.
- Implement and enhance agile working practices across teams.
Candidate Profile
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused, and inspiring.
- Academic level of working and thinking.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within complex IT environments.
- Experience with DevOps teams and scaled Agile frameworks.
- Proven track record in software development and management.
- Skilled in managing DevOps teams through transitions.
- Passionate about digitalization and cloud technology.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (business level).
