Role Overview
As a Senior Tech Lead at Rabobank, you will be at the forefront of transforming the corporate origination journey for our clients. This role involves overseeing the integration of new financing, leasing, and factoring requests into a new architecture, aiming to decommission legacy systems. You will lead a team of over 50 IT professionals across 6 squads, managing a budget of over 5 million euros, ensuring the delivery and continuity of tech within the Area Corporate Origination Journey (ACOJ).
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management: Direct HR responsibilities for 7 squads, overseeing IT responsibilities for the Factoring, Contract, and Delivery landscape. Focus on security, stability, risk management, and sourcing.
- Strategic Implementation: Lead the implementation of new risk models and mature the operational excellence capabilities of the tech delivery teams.
- Collaboration and Influence: Act as a member of the ACOJ Tech management team and the Chapter MT of the Tech Domain Business Lending, contributing to domain-specific objectives focused on quality improvements.

Who You Are
- Experienced in IT development and continuity in a managing role, with a minimum of 5 years in the IT sector.
- Skilled in change management within complex environments, with a strong understanding of DevOps teams, scaled Agile frameworks, and IT automation.
- Proficient in both Dutch and English, capable of engaging in high-level business discussions and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
