Overview
Join Rabobank as a Senior Full Stack Engineer in the Payments department, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining one of the bank's most vital features—our payment systems. This position is based in Utrecht, Netherlands, and offers a hybrid working model.
Role and Responsibilities
- Full Lifecycle Management: You will take full responsibility for the software lifecycle, from concept through to deployment and operation.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight across both front-end and back-end development.
- Innovation and Improvement: Continuously improve the payment services to meet the digital age demands.
- Team Collaboration: Work within the PaROT area of the Tribe Payments, focusing on the 'transfer money' feature, crucial for daily banking operations.
Skills and Experience
- Expertise in Software Development: 5+ years of experience in developing complex software solutions, particularly in cloud environments.
- Proficiency in Java and Kotlin: Strong background in Java, preferably version 21, and Kotlin using Spring Boot (3.x).
- Frontend and Backend Development: Extensive experience with technologies such as Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, RxJs, and NgRx.
- DevOps and Agile Practices: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, coupled with a DevOps mindset.
- Tools and Technologies: Experience with Azure Pipelines, CheckMarx, SonarQube, NexusIQ, and Cloud Foundry.
