Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join our team in Norcross, GA. This role involves working on a B2B SaaS application that serves as an internal polling and chat tool to enhance employee retention. As a key member of our small team, you will contribute to the growth and development of our core application, which is central to our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- New Development: Engage in 90% new development work, focusing on enhancing and expanding the capabilities of our core application.
- Maintenance: Allocate 10% of your time to maintaining existing features and ensuring the application runs smoothly.
- Hands-On Work: Spend 90% of your time in hands-on coding and development.
- Leadership: Take on 10% leadership responsibilities, guiding junior developers and contributing to strategic planning.
Required Skills & Experience
- JavaScript and TypeScript: 8+ years of experience.
- Node.js: 5+ years of experience.
- React and React Native: 5+ years of experience.
- Flutter: 5+ years of experience.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with B2B SaaS applications is a plus.

Work Environment
