We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Customer Technology team, which is focused on creating innovative frontend user experiences for Imprint cardholders and merchants.

About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving software. You will mentor engineers on best practices, processes, and strategies, and own individual projects, deadlines, and deliverables. You will design and implement new user-facing features in Imprint’s products, write client-side code for web-based applications, and optimize web applications to maximize speed and scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
• Mentor engineers on best practices, processes, and strategies.
• Own individual projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Design and implement new user-facing features in Imprint’s products.
• Write client-side code for web-based applications, create fast, easy-to-use, high-volume production applications, and develop prototypes.
• Optimize web applications to maximize speed and scale.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 4+ years of experience building scalable systems with JavaScript and React.js.
• 1+ years of experience working with a backend API.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to share knowledge via formal mentoring, reviewing code, reviewing design documents, providing technical talks, teaching classes, or as a consultant on projects.

Salary

The annual salary range for this position is €170,000 to €220,000, along with a competitive equity package.
