About The Team
The Payment Methods Experience Platform team focuses on simplifying and enhancing the payment process. This team is responsible for developing platforms that integrate various payment methods into Stripe products, improving partner experiences, and supporting Stripe's rapid expansion.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will:
- Design and develop user-facing APIs and products focusing on high availability, low latency, and excellent user experience.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and data scientists to deliver impactful solutions.
- Lead projects and mentor junior engineers, setting high standards and ensuring consistent quality across codebases.
Responsibilities
- Solve complex problems end-to-end, working with a variety of systems and technologies.
- Develop new products and features that reach millions globally.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to align on business priorities and user needs.
- Make strategic decisions that balance short-term goals with long-term technological health.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $150,500 - $225,700 annually.
