About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our existing systems, focusing on marketing analytics, sales funnels, billing, and overall system efficiency. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose effective solutions, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to guide and mentor your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance existing systems with a focus on marketing analytics, sales funnels, billing, and system efficiency.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Demonstrate strong non-development skills, including effective communication with clients and proposing innovative solutions.
- Guide the team by fostering teamwork, mentoring, and optimizing internal development processes.
What We Are Looking For
- Significant experience with Django, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Postgres (5+ years).
- Proficiency in Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and React for frontend development (3+ years).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab CI, and DevOps practices (2+ years).
- Proven track record of effective communication, problem-solving, and collaborative work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of additional frameworks, libraries, and optimization techniques for web applications.
