We are looking for a Fullstack Engineering Lead to join our team and help us build the future of healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Provide engineering leadership for Angle Health's advanced healthcare solutions. Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing our customer-facing digital product suite.
• Mentorship: Mentor engineers while serving as the main technical point of contact for the team, providing answers and guidance.
• Product Development: Develop a framework that ensures Angle Health maximizes the value received from product development.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work directly with stakeholders including peers, clients, and leadership to understand product needs and use technology to build accessible, transparent, and easy-to-navigate healthcare solutions.
• Design and Specifications: Prepare and maintain design/product specifications, design guidelines, and design plans.
• Value Engineering: Participate in Value Analysis / Value Engineering activities to meet expectations for new or improved products.
• Project Management: Prepare complete schedules and reports for product development and achieve scheduled milestones.
• Technical Liaison: Be the technical liaison throughout the life of products; create/present technical presentations, schedules, action plans, and risk mitigation plans.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as AWS, React, Python, Django, PostgreSQL or similar.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, mathematics, or a similar technical field is required.

Bonus Points

• Experience working in a fast-scaling startup environment.
• Prior Insurance experience/knowledge.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $220,000 per year, depending on various factors such as geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
