About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and enhancing our existing systems, focusing on marketing analytics, sales funnels, billing, and overall system efficiency. You will engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance existing systems with a focus on marketing analytics, sales funnels, billing, and system efficiency.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Demonstrate strong non-development skills, including effective communication with clients and proposing innovative solutions.
- Guide the team by fostering teamwork through mentoring, identifying and cultivating top skills, and optimizing internal development processes.
Required Skills and Experience
- Significant experience with Django, Redis, RabbitMQ, and PostgreSQL (5+ years).
- Proficiency in Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and React for frontend development (3+ years).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab CI, and DevOps practices (2+ years).
- Proven track record of effective communication, problem-solving, and collaborative work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of additional frameworks, libraries, and optimization techniques for web applications.
