Job Overview
As a Senior Full-Stack Founding Engineer at Oway, you will be one of the first 10 employees, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product and business. You will engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), building a product designed to disrupt the freight business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our software solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience with the listed skills including CSS, XML, and various programming and software development techniques.
- Ability to wear multiple hats and interact directly with customers.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work under dynamic conditions.
Additional Information
This is a hybrid role requiring both on-site and remote work as needed. You will be working closely with a small, dynamic team, and have a significant impact on the company's technology direction and product development.
