Job Overview
As a Senior Full-Stack Founding Engineer at Oway, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our innovative freight platform. This position is ideal for a technical wizard who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will be instrumental in building a product that revolutionizes how businesses ship freight, making it more efficient and cost-effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Development: Engage in both front-end and back-end development to create a seamless user experience.
- Product Development: Collaborate closely with the team to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements.
- Customer Interaction: Be on the front lines, interacting with customers to gather feedback and iterate on solutions.
- Problem Solving: Utilize your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions in real-time, ensuring the product meets customer needs.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development.
- Strong knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and XML.
- Experience in Full-Stack Development and Software Development.
- Ability to work with various programming languages and frameworks.
