About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer in our product team, you will be implementing new features in both existing and new products. You will do this by collaborating on architecture, technical design, and implementation of (web) applications. You will perform code reviews to maintain codebase quality. To maintain product quality, you will be writing and using automated tests. Since we find knowledge sharing and learning from others very important, your contribution to the learning environment of the product team is very valuable. Besides that, producing clean, stable, fast, and well-crafted code is what you'll strive for and to do this, we expect you to be up to date about the latest technologies.
About You
- At least 4 years of professional experience as a software engineer, of which 3+ years in a full-stack or back-end role
- Experience building and consuming (RESTful) APIs and web services
- Experience integrating to 3rd parties
- Experience with automated testing
- Familiar with continuous integration techniques
- Passion for technology
- Bachelor+ in computer science or related field
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Someone who takes initiative and knows how to prioritize; not a 9 to 5 mentality
- Someone who can work independently but also is a team player - able to do research to find solutions or fill own knowledge gaps, while at the same time open to help (or receive help from) others
