About the Role
Zapier is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our Interfaces team. This role is pivotal in developing customizable web solutions that empower users to create their own web apps without coding skills. You will be working on expanding our component library, developing interface templates, integrating data sources to forms, and implementing conditional logic in forms to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Expand our Component Library: Craft and refine components for reuse across the application.
- Develop Interfaces Templates Library: Enable builders to save projects as templates for internal use.
- Integrate Data Sources to Forms: Ensure a fluid flow of data in forms, enhancing interactivity.
- Implement Conditional Logic in Forms: Integrate logic that controls page displays based on form inputs.
- Collaboration on Interfaces: Build features that foster team collaboration on projects.
- Incorporate Draft Mode and Version Control: Provide flexibility in project changes and track revisions.
- Build and Scale Impactful Web Products: Develop solutions that touch customers or partners directly.
- Collaborate with Product and Design Teams: Work closely with teams to develop intuitive user experiences.
- Craft Frontend UIs: Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and performant.
- Design RESTful APIs: Architect APIs that serve the frontend application securely.
- Run User Engagement Experiments: Analyze techniques to keep users engaged and optimize their experience.
- Monitor System Health: Check system reliability and performance regularly.
- Resolve Bugs and Address Feature Requests: Address issues promptly and continuously improve based on user feedback.
About You
You are a seasoned developer with 7+ years of experience, particularly in frontend development using TypeScript and React. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are driven by results. You value clarity and purpose in your work and are proactive in aligning team efforts with the broader vision. You are flexible, adaptable, and articulate in your design and implementation choices.
