Senior Java/VueJS Developer

About the Role

Are you an experienced Java developer with a knack for front-end technologies like Vue.js, React, and TypeScript? Do you seek an opportunity to work on challenging fintech projects within a supportive team? Space Inch is looking for a Senior Java/VueJS Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Java/VueJS Developer, you will:

Take on key responsibilities in all Java projects, occasionally engaging in front-end tasks.
Work on new projects for our existing client, a leading USA company in the fintech world.
Develop new applications, set up architecture, and introduce best practices.
Collaborate in a flexible, remote environment with occasional use of our Zagreb office for team gatherings and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who:

Has over 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in Java.
Is capable of taking responsibility for backend projects, setting best practices, and implementing applications.
Has experience with Docker and Azure.
Is familiar with technologies like Vue 3 or React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
Is interested in occasional front-end tasks with a high attention to detail and quality.
Has knowledge of other backend technologies like Python (preferred).
