Your Responsibilities

Thought Leadership: Be a thought leader and actively shape both SQUER and our projects through open communication and teamwork.
Technology Decisions: Participate actively in the entire development process and play a significant role in technology decisions.
Software Development: Take responsibility for the development and enhancement of software solutions for our clients.
Agile Teams: Work within agile teams on various customer projects, promoting the SQUER culture of constant improvement.
Knowledge Sharing: Share your knowledge with colleagues as a sparring partner and coach, rather than working in isolation.

Your Qualifications

Fullstack Expertise: Profound knowledge of both frontend and backend development, with a relevant university degree.
Frontend Frameworks: Experience with Angular, React, or Vue.js.
Backend Frameworks: Experience with Spring Boot or Express.
Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Scala, Clojure, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Software Architectures: Basic understanding of software architectures, cloud-native development, and containerization (Docker or Kubernetes).
Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile work approaches and a passion for supporting software teams.
Continuous Learning: Commitment to training and further development of skills, with a willingness to share knowledge.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Salary

The annual salary starts at €70,000, including overtime, with the possibility of overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
