Lead Fullstack Engineer (Java/JavaScript)
About the Role
As a Lead Fullstack Engineer at SQUER, you will be at the forefront of developing, designing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving software solutions. We offer a unique blend of independence and teamwork, ensuring that your strengths are optimally developed and utilized.
Your Responsibilities
- Thought Leadership: Be a thought leader and actively shape both SQUER and our projects through open communication and teamwork.
- Technology Decisions: Participate actively in the entire development process and play a significant role in technology decisions.
- Software Development: Take responsibility for the development and enhancement of software solutions for our clients.
- Agile Teams: Work within agile teams on various customer projects, promoting the SQUER culture of constant improvement.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share your knowledge with colleagues as a sparring partner and coach, rather than working in isolation.
Your Qualifications
- Fullstack Expertise: Profound knowledge of both frontend and backend development, with a relevant university degree.
- Frontend Frameworks: Experience with Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Backend Frameworks: Experience with Spring Boot or Express.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Scala, Clojure, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Software Architectures: Basic understanding of software architectures, cloud-native development, and containerization (Docker or Kubernetes).
- Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile work approaches and a passion for supporting software teams.
- Continuous Learning: Commitment to training and further development of skills, with a willingness to share knowledge.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Salary
The annual salary starts at €70,000, including overtime, with the possibility of overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
