About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Machine Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, developing, tuning, and deploying machine learning models to enhance the life insurance experience for our customers. You will work closely with data scientists and engineers to build and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning models to improve customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver solutions.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of machine learning models.
- Stay updated with the latest in machine learning research and technologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning and software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages and understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience in a regulated environment like healthcare or finance is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
Technologies
- Familiarity with Python, Clojure, JVM, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GCP, BigQuery, Tableau, and BEAM is advantageous.
