Job Overview
Alter Solutions Portugal is seeking a Senior Outsystems Tech Lead to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. This role is crucial for leading and managing multiple applications within the Outsystems factory. As a Tech Lead, you will maintain and evolve existing applications and take on leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development team in maintaining and evolving applications.
- Handle multiple applications within the Outsystems factory.
- Maintain a high standard of software quality by establishing good practices and habits.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications.
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience with the Outsystems platform.
- Proven experience in Reactive and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of services and system integrations.
- Proficiency in Linux, Oracle Database, PL/SQL, C#, Core Java, XML, and web services.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Location: Lisbon, Portugal
- Workplace type: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
