What You'll Do

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing new technologies for our flagship remote management & monitoring solution. Your work will empower Managed Service Providers to revolutionize their interactions with customers.

Implement large-scale distributed systems focusing on scalability, latency, and fault tolerance.
Develop system/component architectures and APIs for a rapidly scaling platform, ensuring successful product delivery and operational excellence.
Conduct design and code reviews, raising the bar for engineering standards.
Debug critical code to solve production issues across services and technology stacks.
Continuously measure and optimize the performance, effectiveness, and uptime of services.
Display excellent verbal and written communication skills, conveying dissenting opinions constructively.

What You'll Bring

Extensive software engineering experience with a focus on GO, Object-Oriented Programming.
At least 5 years of experience with Linux distributions and command line, including writing bash scripts.
Proficiency in JavaScript, server-side technologies, HTML/CSS, event-driven architecture, large dataset processing, JDBC, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse, talented team across multiple locations.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design for performance, scalability, and availability.
