About the Role
Exclaimer is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Tech Lead to join our dynamic Engineering team in the Coimbra Metropolitan Area. This role is pivotal in driving the technical direction of our products and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, robust software solutions that meet our customer's needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Lead the development team by setting technical standards and driving forward the implementation of best practices. Act as a mentor to junior developers and contribute to the team's continuous learning and improvement.
- Hands-On Development: While this is a leadership role, you will also be hands-on with the technology. You will be responsible for the creation of exemplars and input into internal best practices, ensuring the delivery of functional, testable, and high-quality code.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and other key stakeholders to define and deliver solutions that solve real customer problems. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to the strategic direction of the product.
Skills and Expertise
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Angular, C#, .NET Core, and Microservices. Familiarity with Azure DevOps Services, Azure Functions, and NUnit is essential.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and influence the technical direction and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
