Overview
GXM is seeking a Senior Python Developer with a passion for high-quality code to join our remote technical team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in building and maintaining complex applications and a passion for learning innovative technology. The role requires a high-level proficiency in Python with Django, with additional knowledge of JavaScript, React, and HTML.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain back-end applications using Python/Django.
- Collaborate with the front-end development with JavaScript/React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.
- Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high software quality.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements.
Requirements
- Extensive, senior level experience with both Python and Django.
- Mid-level knowledge of JavaScript, React (version 17+), PostgreSQL, REST APIs, XML, JSON, and HTML/CSS.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development methodology.
- Excellent and efficient problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment (This position is 100% remote after initial onboarding).
- Must be a US Citizen. (Verification Required)
- Must be available to onboard in person prior to being eligible for remote work.
