Join Our Team as a Senior QA Engineer
Asura Technologies Ltd., a leading company in AI-powered video analytics, is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team in Budapest, Hungary. We specialize in developing advanced parking, traffic monitoring, and security systems that integrate our proprietary video analytics and license plate recognition software.
About the Role
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Engineering and Product teams to enhance our parking management applications, primarily used in the North American market. You will employ cutting-edge technologies to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the development of high-quality software solutions using modern technologies.
- Support Full-Stack Software Engineers (.NET + Angular) and Product Specialists by defining QA best practices and mentoring in testing methodologies.
- Analyze user stories, define associated test cases, and execute them manually.
- Implement automated testing and write automated test cases using Playwright.
- Define and apply quality gates and prepare QA metrics.
Required Skills and Experience
- In-depth knowledge of QA and testing methodologies.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Software Tester or QA Engineer.
- Experience in implementing and using automated testing (Playwright).
- Proficiency in manual testing, including thin client business applications E2E testing and REST API endpoint testing.
- Intermediate knowledge of Python.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with .NET Core and Angular.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- ISTQB certification.
