About the Role
HelloFresh is seeking a talented Senior React Native Engineer to join our Foundations Alliance team in Berlin. This team is dedicated to enhancing developer productivity by building essential tools, services, systems, and infrastructure that support teams across HelloFresh. As a Senior React Native Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing features that empower internal users to create and plan products for millions of customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including product owners, engineers, designers, and analysts, to iterate quickly and learn about our users by planning, building, testing, and launching features.
- Work closely with engineers across the department and company to continuously improve our code base, systems, and processes.
- Design and develop scalable solutions that enhance user experiences.
- Coach and mentor team members through workshops, pair programming, and code reviews.
- Contribute to recruiting efforts by attracting, reviewing, and interviewing candidates.
What You Bring
- Over 3 years of engineering experience in React Native and/or native mobile technologies.
- Proficiency in component-based architecture using React.js and Node.js.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams using agile frameworks.
- Strong communication skills to interface with product designers and teams globally.
