As a Frontend Engineer in the Procurement team, you will play a crucial role in building features that empower key internal users at HelloFresh to plan the products millions of customers will access across our markets.

What You’ll Do

• Work in a cross-functional team with a product owner, engineers, designers, and analysts.
• Enable your product team to iterate fast and learn about our users by planning, building, testing, and launching features.
• Collaborate with engineers across your department and the company to continuously improve our code base, systems, and processes.
• Design and develop solutions that can continue to scale.
• Coach and mentor other team members through workshops, pair programming, and code reviews.
• Contribute to recruiting by attracting, reviewing, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize user experiences and contribute to pricing strategy enhancements.
• Actively promote a culture of knowledge sharing within (and outside) the team, where insights, best practices, and lessons learned are openly discussed and shared among team members.

What You’ll Bring

• 2-4 years of experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with component-based architecture using NextJS, React.js/Redux.
• Extensive experience in binding frontend and backend services together.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, using agile frameworks.
• Ability to interface very well with product designers and have testing experience.
• Experience or strong knowledge in the technical implementation and tracking of A/B tests for web applications.
• A strong interest in working with internal tools to improve the employee experience for Customer Benefits management at HelloFresh.
