Join Our Team as a Senior RPA Developer

Roboyo, the world’s leading end-to-end process automation company, is seeking a Senior RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. With a presence in 20 cities across 14 countries, we are a global force in the automation industry, working with Fortune 500 companies and Germany’s DAX 40.

Location

This position is based in Berlin, with hybrid work options available. You will have the flexibility to work from home and spend two days a week in the office for collaboration and team activities.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze Business Problems: Develop automation solutions and support the entire project lifecycle.
Application Development: Test and document application development phases.
Automation Solutions: Develop solutions using leading technologies such as ABBYY, Appian, Cognigy, Druid, Microsoft Power Family, and UiPath.
Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, showcasing ownership and collaboration with the client's IT services department.
Design Validation: Optimize design and code, enhancing the reusability of automation artifacts.
Documentation: Assist in creating process development documents (PDD, SDD, TDD).
Process Identification: Identify processes suitable for automation.
Best Practices: Implement and develop best practices in collaboration with our Global Communities of Interest.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 4 years of programming experience, preferably with .NET (C#, VB.NET).
Continuous Learning: Enthusiasm for continuous development as we expand our technology stack.
Automation Technologies: Experience with RPA, Process Mining, and Low-Code applications is advantageous.
AI Knowledge: Familiarity with generative AI fundamentals.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Process Understanding: Ideally, a good understanding of standard processes or initial experience in process consulting.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Business German and English.
Location: Residing in Germany, near our major offices in Nuremberg or Munich.
