About the Role

As a Senior Software Architect at Qover, you will be responsible for architecting and designing scalable and high-performing applications that meet business requirements and industry standards. You will lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Your role will involve establishing and enforcing coding standards, overseeing system integration, optimizing application performance, and implementing robust security measures.

Responsibilities

Architect and Design: Develop and maintain the architecture for our scalable and high-performing applications.
Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers.
Code Quality and Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards.
System Integration: Oversee the integration of multiple data sources into one cohesive system.
Performance Optimization: Optimize the application for speed and scalability.
Security Implementation: Implement robust security measures.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the technical roadmap.
DevOps and CI/CD: Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Technology Stack

Programming Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript
Frameworks and Libraries: Backend: Node.js NestJS. Frontend: React, Remix.
Databases: MongoDB, Redis, BigQuery
Messaging: RabbitMQ
DevOps and CI/CD: Gitlab, Kubernetes, Istio
Cloud Services: Google Cloud Platform, moving to cloud agnostic
