Job Overview
Join our team as a Senior Architect - Software Engineering and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative software solutions. This position is based in Eindhoven, Netherlands, and requires 2-3 days a week on-site presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Discovery and Delivery: Co-lead project phases alongside other capability leaders to develop and execute implementation plans that align with client needs.
- Technical Leadership: Provide oversight and guidance for software engineers, ensuring high-quality application code using emerging technologies and frameworks.
- Collaboration: Work with other software development capabilities to iteratively design, develop, validate, and operate software at scale using agile techniques.
- Innovation: Advance the craft by developing and sharing materials and thought leadership with other team members.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: Extensive experience in software design and delivery, with strong collaboration skills to coordinate complex systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Angular, Java, TypeScript, and cloud-based ecosystems.
