The Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our Growth Team at Factorial. This role involves working on distribution opportunities, optimizing user acquisition funnels, improving the performance and usability of public pages, and conducting A/B tests to enhance landing page conversions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize user acquisition funnels.
- Improve the performance and usability of public pages.
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance landing page conversions.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to bring impactful projects to life.
- Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to maintain a horizontal structure.
- Own projects from conception to implementation, focusing on business metrics.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong aptitude for learning and a hunger for knowledge.
- Experience in React (Next.js), TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent team player and communicator, comfortable in sharing knowledge and reviewing others' work.
- Ability to work with problems, not just requirements; we seek executors and thinkers.
- Proficiency in English communication.
