As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and services by implementing innovative solutions in greenfield environments. You'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of developers, designers, and product managers, working together to create user-centric web applications that are both powerful and intuitive. We're looking for someone who is passionate about writing clean and maintainable code, has a deep understanding of modern web development technologies, and is eager to push the boundaries of what's possible.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including new product features, website redesigns, and mobile app development.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support developments as part of our domains.
• Design and lead the architecture used by Softonic group in multiple domains.
• Work with the business side if needed to understand the details clearly.
• Provide technical support and mentoring to the rest of the team members.
• Ensure quality and performance of the development done by the team.

Requirements - Technical

• At least 5 years of experience in building and adapting WordPress templates and plugins, Typescript, Javascript, and HTML5.
• Have good, practical knowledge of Git.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team reporting to him.
• Cloud development experience (GCP, AWS)
• Working experience with Redis, Elastic, mysql

Requirements - Non-Technical

• Team player, proactive and self responsible.
• Creative, curious and organized as well as experimental.
• Adaptability to changes in a fast paced environment.
• Previous experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Advanced level of english both oral and written.
