Factorial is seeking a talented Operations Technologist to join our Global RevOps team in Barcelona. This role is pivotal in optimizing and automating our marketing and sales operations processes. If you are passionate about technology and operations, and have a knack for scripting and automation, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Automation Scripts: Use JavaScript and other scripting languages to streamline marketing processes, including data management and campaign execution.
• Utilize Tools and Develop Custom Solutions: Leverage tools like Zapier and create custom-coded solutions to automate repetitive tasks and create scalable processes.
• Integrate Marketing Platforms: Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization by integrating various marketing platforms (CRM, email marketing, analytics tools) through APIs.
• Troubleshoot and Optimize: Identify and resolve integration issues to optimize performance.
• Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the setup, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with different teams to understand their needs and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Communicate Technical Concepts: Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Documentation and Process Improvement: Produce and maintain detailed documentation, and proactively suggest and implement process improvements.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest marketing technologies and best practices to continuously enhance our marketing operations.

Your Profile

• Technical Expertise: Experience with scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript, and familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• CRM Experience: Previous experience with CRMs, preferably Hubspot, and CRM automation.
• Marketing Tech Stack: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and paid platforms.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in your work.
• Proactive and Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Stakeholder Management: Great skills in managing stakeholders and understanding the B2B SaaS environment.
• Task Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver to a high standard.
