Job Opportunity: Senior Software Engineer, Ads Identity
About the Role
The Unity identity team is on a mission to connect data from various sources into meaningful segments. As a Senior Software Engineer in Ads Identity, you will play a crucial role in unifying data for Unity, transforming disparate information into valuable segments through highly distributed systems that require reliable uptimes and high throughput.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and Maintain Systems: Develop, productionalize, and maintain scalable cloud-based systems.
- Design High Throughput Services: Implement services that span all of Unity, optimizing for best-in-class latency and uptime.
- Technical Design and Implementation: Translate product requirements into technical designs and implement solutions using all available resources.
- Testing and Deployment: Test, deploy, and maintain production-ready code.
Required Skills and Experience
- Programming Languages: Proficient in Go, JavaScript, or C++.
- Distributed Systems: Experience with distributed systems and external database storage.
- API and REST: Experience in API definition and REST architecture.
- System Optimization: Understanding of system optimizations and performance analysis.
- High Throughput Systems: Experience with high throughput, low latency systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- User Systems: Experience with authorization, logins, or other user-driven systems.
- Ads and Privacy: Experience with ads or user privacy compliance.
- Mobile Development: Experience in Go, JavaScript, or mobile software development.
