What You'll Do
- Technical Leadership: Act as a technical leader and domain expert in building a scalable and high-performance ad delivery system.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional leadership to design, develop, and scale digital advertising features that drive revenue growth and enhance user engagement.
- Project Ownership: Own projects end-to-end, from refining requirements with Product and other stakeholders to creating technical designs, implementing changes, and overseeing projects through to launch and maintenance.
- Mentorship: Use your technical expertise to mentor and guide the careers of engineers, providing feedback and guidance on system architecture, API design, data modeling, and tradeoffs.
