Join Ledger as a Staff Front-end Engineer
Ledger, a global leader in digital asset security and utility, is seeking a highly skilled Staff Front-end Engineer to join our Wallet Experience business unit in Paris. As part of the Live Hub squad, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the portfolio and account management UI flows of our Ledger Live Applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Ownership: Lead the desktop and mobile development of Ledger Live Applications, ensuring high-quality UI/UX.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA, designers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Innovation: Take initiative in offering technical solutions and developing features using best practices from unit to end-to-end testing.
- Code Quality: Participate in code reviews and uphold high standards for Ledger’s UI/UX framework.
- Mentorship: Mentor team members and promote technical growth within the team.
- Open Source Contribution: Work 100% on open source projects within our monorepo: ledger-live.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 5 years in software development with a strong background in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- React.js Expertise: Proficient in React.js development, tools, and libraries.
- Testing Knowledge: Good understanding of testing strategies.
- UI/UX Practices: Solid knowledge of UI/UX practices in software development.
Nice to Have
- Experience with React Native and/or Electron.
- Familiarity with Web3 topics and technical stack.
- Experience in maintaining a library of shared components.
