About the Role
As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer at Solace, you will join a team of exceptionally talented engineers. You will be expected to independently manage your product workflow from initial design requirements through deployment. This role involves aggressive movement with daily code commits, allowing you to see your work utilized by live users regularly as you develop a revolutionary product from scratch.

What You’ll Do
- Analyze product requirements and produce high-quality, production-ready code.
- Build and maintain new user-facing features from database models to UI components.
- Take full ownership of your work, ensuring every detail is managed.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners in product and design to build a world-class product.
- Create services and APIs to drive existing and new features for web apps.
- Maintain the health of our systems and codebase, making improvements and ensuring robustness and resilience.
- Write clear specs to ensure product/code quality for stress-free deployment.
- Drive large releases to production on a continuous deployment cadence.
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of relevant experience in both frontend and backend development.
- Strong React fundamentals and a background in Typescript/Node.
- An intuitive understanding of creating consumer-oriented experiences.
- Strong communication skills to influence product direction and collaborative visions.
- Extreme bias toward action and execution.
