We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Lehi, Utah, and help us build the next generation of tools for professional services businesses.
About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer at Pageport, you will be responsible for owning projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with our small team of engineers to push code rapidly while maintaining high standards of code quality and product usability. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of our product and contribute to our ambitious growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain our Rails API and Postgres backend.
- Build and enhance our Vue/Nuxt frontend.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement new features.
- Ensure code quality through clean, extendable, and maintainable code.
- Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion with minimal oversight.
What We Are Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of professional full-stack development experience with Rails and Vue (or similar frameworks).
- Proven experience in building projects from scratch and seeing them through to production.
- A passion for becoming an expert in Ruby and a strong understanding of JavaScript and Vue.js.
- Ability to work on-site in Lehi, Utah, 5 days a week.
