About the Role
Join TriumphPay, a member of the Triumph Financial portfolio of brands, as a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that impacts the transportation payments network, handling over $37.1B in annual freight volume. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, utilizing different technologies such as Ruby (with Sorbet), Elm, and React (TypeScript).
Responsibilities
- Work closely in small teams of 3-5 people on specific projects.
- Manage team backlogs and schedules.
- Participate in quarterly rotations to develop a breadth of experience and collaborate with different team members.
- Engage with our product group and sales team to ensure the development of necessary tools for customer success.
Technical Environment
- Our stack includes Ruby on Rails, Elm, and React (TypeScript).
- Engineers are equipped with top-of-the-line MacBooks and necessary software tools like Zoom and Slack.
