Job Overview
Join Orgadata AG, a leader in technology for the window, door, and curtain wall industry, as our Senior HR Team Lead. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate our HR Business Partners and Personnel Development teams, taking charge of both operational and strategic HR processes. You will act as a key contact and sparring partner, closely collaborating with the executive board, leaders, and HR teams to moderate and steer HR ideas, initiatives, and projects, progressively advancing strategic HR topics.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and Coordination: Lead the HR team, ensuring effective management and development of HR Business Partners and personnel initiatives.
- Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives in alignment with company goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Communication and Culture: Sensitively and effectively communicate relevant HR topics, embodying and promoting the company's values and culture.
- Support and Development: Focus on supporting new leaders through our personnel development programs, keeping an eye on HR trends and organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven leadership experience in HR/People/Culture, with a cooperative and appreciative leadership style.
- Comprehensive and modern HR knowledge, capable of understanding complex issues in a rapidly growing and changing industry.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Excellent communication skills, high empathy, commitment, and decision-making ability from both a human and economic perspective.
