Your Responsibilities

After personalized onboarding, you will work on our projects to design and build modern Smart Data/Analytics platforms. Your tasks will include:

Developing data transformation processes using tools like Databricks or Azure Data Factory.
Designing and implementing data models.
Developing, executing, and scaling data pipelines on cluster architectures.
Providing data in suitable storage technologies for various applications.
Assessing data quality and performing transformations for data cleansing.
Selecting appropriate technologies for implementing Data Analytics use cases.
Managing and steering projects.
Leading workshops and discussions with clients.
Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Guiding and coaching new employees.
Supporting pre-sales activities.

What We Expect

If you are eager to work with data and enjoy teamwork, you are halfway there. Additionally, the following qualifications are desirable:

Solid IT knowledge (degree, vocational training, or equivalent practical experience).
Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, NoSQL, Data Warehousing, or Data Lakes.
Experience in IT project work, preferably in a project management role.
Knowledge and experience in project management (agile and/or traditional approaches).
Proficiency in a programming or scripting language such as Python.
Willingness to explore beyond conventional paths.
Hands-on mentality with high technical affinity and strong analytical thinking.
Excellent command of German and English.
