Role Description
You will lead the development within the Business Unit in close collaboration with the Strategy Leadership Team members. Your role involves cooperating with Topic Leaders to develop, design, and refine new and relevant offerings in Exxeta's core business. Together with our cross-functional experts, you will activate and implement a regional Go-to-Market agenda.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the development within the Business Unit.

Qualifications
- Multiple years of track record in strategy consulting.
- Experience in leading a multi-person team and managing revenue in the seven-figure range.
- Strong network, resilient even in turbulent times.
- Knowledge in competitive fields of strategy consulting, especially in Digital Transformation & Tech.
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
