prduct.com is a dynamic company based in the heart of Aarhus C. We consist of a dedicated team of 8, including three full-time developers, a part-time developer, a designer, and a project manager. Our tech stack includes PHP (Laravel), JavaScript (Vue.js), HTML, and CSS (TailwindCSS).

Your Responsibilities as a Tech Lead

As a Tech Lead with us, your time will be divided between hands-on development and leading our development team. You will:

• Lead and motivate a team of skilled developers
• Collaborate with project managers and designers to scope new projects
• Continuously improve our tech stack and development processes
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality and innovative solutions
• Participate in the hiring of new developers

Your Qualifications

We are looking for a Tech Lead who:

• Has at least 2-3 years of experience as a full stack developer
• Is proficient in PHP (Laravel) and JavaScript (Vue.js)
• Has experience with HTML and CSS (TailwindCSS)
• Is familiar with Git and Git workflows
• Has experience with database design and administration (e.g., MySQL or PostgreSQL)
• Can write and maintain unit and integration tests
• Has experience with containerization (Docker)
• Is familiar with CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Has worked with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
• Is a strong team leader and mentor for other developers
• Can work from our office in Aarhus C with the possibility of flexible home working
• Speaks fluent Danish and professional English
