prduct.com is a dynamic company based in the heart of Aarhus C. We consist of a dedicated team of 8, including three full-time developers, a part-time developer, a designer, and a project manager. Our tech stack includes PHP (Laravel), JavaScript (Vue.js), HTML, and CSS (TailwindCSS).
Your Responsibilities as a Tech Lead
As a Tech Lead with us, your time will be divided between hands-on development and leading our development team. You will:
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled developers
- Collaborate with project managers and designers to scope new projects
- Continuously improve our tech stack and development processes
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality and innovative solutions
- Participate in the hiring of new developers
Your Qualifications
We are looking for a Tech Lead who:
- Has at least 2-3 years of experience as a full stack developer
- Is proficient in PHP (Laravel) and JavaScript (Vue.js)
- Has experience with HTML and CSS (TailwindCSS)
- Is familiar with Git and Git workflows
- Has experience with database design and administration (e.g., MySQL or PostgreSQL)
- Can write and maintain unit and integration tests
- Has experience with containerization (Docker)
- Is familiar with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Has worked with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
- Is a strong team leader and mentor for other developers
- Can work from our office in Aarhus C with the possibility of flexible home working
- Speaks fluent Danish and professional English
