Overview
Join Nykredit as a Senior Data Engineer in our Wealth Technology department, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of wealth and asset management through innovative cloud-based solutions. This position is based in our new headquarters in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, and offers a hybrid work model.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance our current data platform: You will work on our existing SQL Server-based data platform, ensuring its stability and introducing new features.
- Develop cloud-based solutions: Lead the design and architecture for migrating our data platform to Azure, utilizing your expertise in cloud technologies and data management.
- Strategic contributions: Participate in developing strategies and governance for data integrations in and out of the platform, using various coding techniques and tools.
Technical Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Python or C#: You should have strong skills in at least one of these programming languages.
- Experience with data-heavy systems: Your background should include working on complex, data-driven projects.
- Knowledge of RDBMS and cloud services: Familiarity with MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Azure cloud services is essential.
- CI/CD and automation: Experience with continuous integration and deployment, as well as infrastructure automation tools like Terraform.
