Job Overview
As a Software Engineer at CloudKitchens, you will be a key member of our software development team, contributing to the creation of cutting-edge tools for both external and internal use. You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other Software Engineers to conceptualize and build new features for our growing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectural systems.
- Participate in the design process to build beautiful and productive user interfaces.
- Produce high-quality code that supports sophisticated user experiences.
- Actively own features and define their long-term health, focusing on reliability and scalability.
- Build reusable components and libraries.
- Continuously improve the security of our most impactful user flows.
- Grow and learn new skills and technologies, such as Machine Learning, user-centric approaches, infrastructure, and mobile development.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Java and TypeScript.
- Experience with the full lifecycle of shipping web applications, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.
- Strong understanding of the web stack and exposure to other aspects of the stack, such as infrastructure and web development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.
