About the Role
We are seeking a Senior/Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining both the frontend and backend components of our applications. You will be part of a data-driven development team, contributing to the evolution of cutting-edge internal tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Data-Driven Development: Engage in strategic planning and contribute to a data-centric development team.
- Agile Methodologies: Implement and test software using agile methodologies.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with a collaborative team to enhance and support technology.
- Code Contribution: Write, debug, maintain, and test code for diverse projects.
- Architectural Design: Design scalable systems with a focus on architecture.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Actively participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving innovation within the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 6+ years of industry software engineering experience developing and shipping applications using languages such as JavaScript or TypeScript for front-end development and Java/Go for back-end development.
- Skills: Strong ability to design and create long-lasting architecture from scratch and evolve existing systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

This role is based in our Los Angeles office location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together, which is why all of our teams are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week.
