About the Role
As a Software Engineer at Bloom & Wild, you will be part of the Production & Procurement squad within our Ops-Tech team. This unique position focuses on internal systems that support daily operations in our multiple warehouses, such as bouquet production and order fulfillment. This role is crucial as our business continues to grow organically and through acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Write, review, and support code in our platform, ensuring high quality at every step from requirements to production.
- Collaborate with Tech Leads and Principal Engineers to select appropriate technologies as we scale.
- Work closely with other engineers, the Product team, and warehouse staff to develop the right functionality at the right time.

Skills and Experience
- 2-4 years of commercial experience with technologies like Python, Django, AWS, and GCP.

- Experience in warehouse operations or supply chain domains is a plus, as is a mix of backend and frontend development skills.
