Who We Are
Within the Product Engagement team, we focus on maximizing the value our customers derive from their connectivity and entertainment products. We develop campaigns to engage customers more deeply with our products, thereby increasing usage, reducing churn, and optimizing customer lifetime value. We highlight features that customers may not be using and guide them through necessary software and hardware migrations.
Your Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer with a design affinity, you will be responsible for the technical development of the campaigns we create. You will work closely with our Brand & Campaign Manager, Go to Market Manager, and CRM Analyst to develop data-driven, creative, and innovative campaigns. These campaigns often utilize Selligent Marketing Cloud and can include interactive, dynamic, and personalized emails, landing pages, and web forms.
For major campaigns, we collaborate with external agencies for design creation. For smaller campaigns, you will create the visual design in Figma and then convert it into HTML, implementing it in the campaign tools.

Our Ideal Software Engineer
- At least 5 years of experience in developing interactive and dynamic emails, landing pages, and web forms.
- Experience with setting up campaigns in software like Selligent Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Campaign.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and XD.
- Experience with PHP, SQL, JSON, and database setup is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Detail-oriented, able to work with schedules and deadlines.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to develop further.
- Able to communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
